Serving pilgrims since 1988, Al Hateem arranges accommodation, visa processing, transport and religious guidance for the journey to Makkah and Madinah.

Its USD amounts are reproduced as printed, not current conversions, and some do not align with the PKR figures. Package durations and stay schedules also require final confirmation. No Gregorian departure dates are specified.

Al Hateem group transport

Arafat support includes departure arrangements, entry to the marquees, air-conditioned tents and religious guidance for Dua. Private buses serve the group throughout the pilgrimage.

Five stages of Hajj

The pilgrimage journey

  1. Day 1

    Makkah to Mina

    Pilgrims wear Ihram, make Niyah and travel to Mina before Zawal.

  2. Day 2

    Mina to Arafat

    After the overnight stay in Mina, pilgrims travel to Arafat for reflection, prayer and repentance.

  3. Day 2, after sunset

    Arafat to Muzdalifah

    Pilgrims stay overnight in Muzdalifah and collect 49 to 70 pebbles for the following three to four days.

  4. Day 3

    Muzdalifah to Mina and Jamarat

    Pilgrims travel in groups to stone Jamrat al Aqabah and perform Qurbani.

  5. Days 3 to 5

    Mina, Makkah and return

    Pilgrims perform Tawaf and Sa’i in Makkah, then return to Mina for the remaining stoning. They may stay until 13 Dhul Hijjah before continuing to Makkah or Madinah.

The route connects Makkah, Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah and Jamarat. The brochure’s route map lists Madinah as 330 km away. Follow your religious scholar’s guidance and the final group itinerary.

Registration requirements

  • Hajj registration in the Pak Hajj app.
  • Pak Hajj ID and password are listed in the brochure. Do not send your password through this website, email or enquiry form; contact the team for secure registration assistance.
  • Machine-readable passport with at least 8 months of validity.
  • CNIC copy and contact number.
  • Next of kin’s CNIC copy and contact details.

Payment policy

  • All package rates are fixed and non-negotiable.
  • Full payment or 2 instalments.
  • All payments must be made in PKR, in favour of Al-Hateem International Travel (Pvt) Ltd. or Pak Hateem International Umrah & Hajj Services (Pvt) Ltd..
  • The organiser reserves the right to modify or adjust package prices if government policies or regulations change.
